Can We Pray for Christmas?

"Can we pray for Christmas?"

Todd* asked me this question after we finished decorating the Christmas tree. He said that he never had a Christmas tree of his own. "Those were all before I was born," he said.

 

We also put lights on the railing so that he can see them from his trailer. 

This kid has been through a lot. And yet, God put it on his little heart to pray for Christmas. Shouldn't we, who have so much, pray that much more?
